REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February 11, 2025

1. Returns & Refunds

At Mister Smilax, we stand by the quality of our Smilax and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to find a solution.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • You must contact your representative within 48 hours of delivery if your product is damaged or of poor quality.

  • We may request photos of the damaged product for verification.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of Smilax, we do not accept returns for reasons other than quality issues.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders that were delivered correctly but later mishandled.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Replacements will be processed as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
